The Dementia Café is unique to Sheridan Care.
It provides relatives of residents at Elmsdene with an opportunity to discuss dementia care with Sheridan Care team members and representatives of other agencies involved in care provision.
Held monthly in the evening, it is an informal and highly popular event that provides everyone with the opportunity to both share their experiences and learn from the experience of others.
